Renee Portoff – Senior Artists Representative

Renee brings to Ultra Artists more than 25 years of combined experience as a marketing professional and concert promoter, which includes talent buying, daily marketing and project management for independent promoters, and 15 years at Live Nation New York, their leading region.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at University of Hartford and pursuing a creative career path, Renee started gaining experience in the live music industry when she joined DelsenerSlater in the late 90’s, offering her the priceless opportunity to work closely with legendary promoters, Ron Delsener and Mitch Slater, and many other significant industry executives.

While at DelsenerSlater, which later became Live Nation, she managed relations for live concert events at premiere live music arenas, amphitheaters, theaters and club sized venues including:  Madison Square Garden, Izod Center, Prudential Center, Nassau Coliseum, Nikon at Jones Beach Theater, PNC Bank Arts Center, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, Radio City Music Hall, Carnegie Hall, Central Park Summerstage, Beacon Theatre, Town Hall, Roseland and Hammerstein Ballrooms, Irving Plaza and others. During her 15 years at Live Nation, Renee promoted approximately 280 New York area shows annually.

Following her tenure at Live Nation, Renee continued to work with artists of all levels, generating ticket sales, and building upon her hands-on event, branding and project management experience. In addition to talent buying, budgets and establishing promotional marketing campaigns, Renee works closely with production, venues, artist managers, agents, record labels, publicists and many others.
